This Shipping Policy applies to orders within the Philippines placed through VENSTEIN.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
- Luzon: 2–4 business days
- Visayas and Mindanao: 3–7 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics disruptions, or force majeure events.
3. Carriers
We commonly ship through J&T, LBC, and similar courier partners depending on coverage and availability.
4. Shipping Fees
- Default shipping fee: ₱150
- Visayas/Mindanao with multiple quantities: may be charged ₱200 shipping
5. Failed Delivery / RTS / Wrong Address
- Orders returned to sender (RTS) due to wrong/incomplete address or failed delivery attempts will require re-shipment.
- Customer must provide corrected address details.
- Additional shipping fee applies for re-delivery.
6. Returns and Refund Notes
Return and refund outcomes are evaluated based on order condition, delivery status, and product state. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved case-by-case.
